cPanel & Shared Hosting Transfers
We perform full cPanel-to-cPanel transfers including all of your files, MySQL and MariaDB databases, email accounts, cron jobs, and DNS zone records or best effort for other control panel platforms. Accounts under 1GB in size with fewer than 5 databases are transferred completely free. For larger accounts, there is a small transfer fee based on account size. Most transfers are completed within 1 to 12 hours depending on account complexity.
WordPress Website Migrations
We transfer your entire WordPress installation, including core files, themes, plugins, your wp-content/uploads folder, and the full database. After the move, we verify your site loads correctly and reconfigure wp-config.php for our optimized hosting environment. This works with WooCommerce, Elementor, and all major WordPress plugins. Database & Email Transfers
We migrate MySQL and MariaDB databases of any size, along with your email accounts, forwarders, and autoresponders. For cPanel-to-cPanel moves, your entire email setup is replicated on our servers automatically. We recommend keeping your old hosting account active until email DNS propagation is complete to make sure nothing gets lost in the transition.
Domain Name Transfers
Want to manage your hosting and domain registration in one place? You can transfer your domain to Ultra as well. Just unlock your domain at your current registrar, grab the EPP authorization code, and include it with your migration request. Domain transfers automatically extend your registration by one year. You can also register a new domain with us if you need one.
