    Domain propagation is the process by which DNS changes (like updating nameservers) spread across the internet. When you make a change, your registrar pushes the update out to DNS servers around the world, but not all servers update at the same speed. This means your website might load from the new server for some people while others still see the old one for a few hours. Propagation typically takes anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours. In the meantime, we provide you with a direct IP address and temporary URL in your welcome email so you can start working on your site right away without waiting.

    There are several ways to upload files to your hosting account. The most common method is FTP (File Transfer Protocol) using a free client like FileZilla, which works on Windows, Mac, and Linux.     There are a few common reasons for this. First, if you recently registered or transferred your domain, DNS propagation can take up to 24 to 48 hours. Second, make sure you uploaded your files to the public_html folder in your account, as that is the web root directory. Also keep in mind that file and folder names on Linux servers are case-sensitive, so Index.html and index.html are treated as different files. If everything looks correct and you are still having trouble, open a support ticket and we will take a look.
